TCOS Adept skill bugs

Hello players , glad to see you in Goldceo !

Here is a list of bugs in TCOS , maybe not so complete ,please have a read ...

Stomp: The Steadfast buff portion of this skill is not working properly. It displays the melee resistance increase on the character window, but in combat the melee damage taken from monsters and players is not actually reduced by the resistance increase.
Ascend: The Evasive buff portion of this skill is not working properly. Same thing as Stomp above. Resists increase on character stat window, but in combat the damage taken remains the same.
Rising Gust: Says it hits all nearby enemies three times, but when using it, only hits one target.
Bounce: Maneuver finisher is not adding bonus concentration.
Energy Torrent: Effect does not seem to chain. Maybe it only means the concentration debuff chains...but that's kinda lame >.> Was hoping this skill would be like Trickster's Split and teleport you up to 3 times, not chain concentration loss up to three times :\
Forceful throw: Sometimes the disarm on yourself doesn't work and you can keep using melee skills. While nice, this is still a bug.
Eyes of the Ashcrow: This bodyslot is terrible. (Not a bug I know, but should be addressed imo :P)
